Who we are

High Impact Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 98 703 592 563) trades as High Impact Marketing and is based in Brisbane, Queensland. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean High Impact Marketing Pty Ltd.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this website we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in and anything you write in your message. Only your name, email and message are required.

If you become a client, we also keep the contact, billing and project details needed to do the work and invoice for it.

We collect this information directly from you. You can contact us without giving your full name, although we may not be able to help as well.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide our services, send invoices, keep our records and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business, including our website host, our email and form tools, and our accounting software. They only receive what they need to provide their service to us.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we securely delete it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing claudia@highimpactmarketing.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
