How does the AI visibility checker work?
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the same neutral question a customer would ask, such as who the best physiotherapists in Brisbane are. Then we check each answer for your business name or website, note where you appear and which businesses are named instead.
Why do the results change from day to day?
AI assistants do not give fixed answers. Results vary with the time, the person asking, their location, the exact wording and whether the assistant searches the web live. Treat each check as a snapshot and look at the trend over several weeks.
How do I get my business recommended by AI assistants?
Keep your details identical everywhere, complete your Google Business Profile, earn genuine reviews, list the business on Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and trusted directories, give every service and area its own clear page, and add structured data and an llms.txt summary. Mentions in independent sources help most of all.
Is the check free and what happens to my details?
Yes, it is free. We use your details only to run your check and email you the results, usually within two business days. We do not add you to a mailing list. If you would like to talk the results through, you can book a discovery call.
